If you have been growing zucchini this year and are looking for ways to use it when not try it in bread, this is something i have never tried before so this is defiantly on my to do list. This really is the best zucchini bread ever! It is super moist and almost cake-like thanks to a generous amount of shredded zucchini in the batter.
I’m pretty sure that zucchini bread is the main reason zucchini exists. How else would we get to make a tender, rich, and ever-so-slightly sweet cake like this and still be able to call it healthy?
