I have to say i love to grill my food more then oven cook so when i saw this Grilled Turkey-Stuffed Peppers, Here are some of the ingredients,
Grilled Turkey-Stuffed Peppers – Ingredients:- 4 red or yellow bell peppers, halved and cleaned out – 1 pound lean ground turkey  – 1/2 onion, diced – 1 clove garlic, minced – 1 shallot, minced – 1/4 cup seasoned italian breadcrumbs – 1/2 tsp. salt – 1/4 tsp. pepper  –  Tbsp. Dijon mustard – 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped.
