Spring/Summer Is nearly upon us and that means it time to go camping!  Yippee. I will go through a lot of the small 1lb cylinders of propane. They are used for my stove, Lanterns, Heaters, etc. At  $3 – $4 a Piece, they can really start to add up, not to mention that when you are done with them, they are then thrown into a landfill.

No more! you can build a refill station and refill those bottles completely for about 50 cents a bottle! I found a great article that goes into a lot of detail showing you what you need to know to SAFELY fill those small propane cylinders. Be forewarned. Without taking proper precautions, this may be dangerous so please be safe and make sure you take care first. And then, read up on the process. What a great way to save both money and our landfills!
